Increasingly at BSI, as a result of our track record of delivery, is taking on an advisory role for our customers concerning the strategic, tactical and operational levels of their organizations. More and more BSI is being asked to provide leadership on new projects or counsel and advice when projects are in their planning stage. We are well positioned to do this as:

    • Understand the "as is" situation
    • Define measurable metrics
    • Develop alternative process options where appropriate, the "to be"
    • Identify alternative approaches to utilizing systems (proposing enhancement when justifiable)
    • Test against metrics to measure improvement
    • Define success criteria
    • Work with internal teams application suppliers throughout the process
    • Execute/support commercial and legal negotiation.
    • Develop a model to repeat the cycle
  • We can develop programs and deliver training to introduce change across the company (documentation, courses, etc)
  • We have the experience to manage the cut- over from test into production
